Realization!

As the wind swayed the pines
I gazed up, into your eyes
Not a word...
Not a word dare I say,
And the time stood afroze
As I took in the glass gaze,
So full of anger and hate!
I realized I had lost!
Lost the battle of faith and prayers!
For I had lost my love
To the game of love itself!
And an even greater realization gripped me
Tore me apart!
O God! even you have penned
Penned that I live
And live with no love at all!
